Yes — I coach fully in English. Many of my clients are expats living in Brussels who prefer to communicate in English. No language barrier, no problem.
Sessions take place at fitness clubs across Brussels (Ixelles, Uccle, Woluwe, Etterbeek, Schaerbeek and more), outdoors, or at your home gym. I also have a private home gym — perfect if you feel uncomfortable in a public gym environment. And for those who prefer full flexibility, online coaching is available anywhere in Belgium or abroad.
Personal coaching starts at €35 per session up to €50, depending on the format, frequency, and location. Single sessions and monthly packages are both available. Contact me for a personalised quote — first consultation is always free.
Yes. Online coaching includes a custom training program, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and direct messaging support. Ideal if you travel frequently or prefer to train on your own schedule.
