The dessert that scratches the ice-cream itch without the sugar crash. Four ingredients, no ice-cream maker, no added sugar โ just ripe bananas, whey and cocoa blended into something creamy. 203 kcal and 14g of protein per pot, so it actually fits the plan.

A standard chocolate ice cream is mostly sugar and fat with barely any protein. This one flips it: the sweetness comes entirely from ripe banana, the creaminess from blending frozen fruit, and the protein from a scoop of whey. No added sugar, almost no fat, and 14g of protein per pot.
It is the kind of dessert I keep in the freezer for clients who struggle with evening sweet cravings on a cut. When something hits the spot for 200 kcal and adds protein to your day, you stop raiding the biscuit tin. That is how you stay consistent long term.
Cut the ripe bananas into thin rounds โ thinner rounds freeze faster and blend more easily.
Spread the rounds flat on baking paper, not touching each other, and freeze for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Blend the frozen banana with the almond milk, whey and cocoa until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
Divide into small pots and freeze overnight for a firm, scoopable texture.
Take a pot out about 5 minutes before eating so it softens slightly โ that is when the texture is perfect.
